Our 2,700-square-foot Colonnade Ballroom has a restored 1924 one-of-a-kind Wurlitzer Organ. This is the perfect room for meals, themed functions, wine tastings, receptions, and letting your hair down after an intensive meeting.
Connected to the Colonnade Ballroom is Magnolia South. During breakfast this space holds our delicious southern breakfast buffet. Once breakfast service has concluded it is closed for private functions. Magnolia South is the perfect location for a lunch for up to 80 people or a fun casual reception.
As part of our 2005 renovation, the spacious and state-of-the-art Shenandoah Ballroom was constructed in the new wing of the Hotel 24 South. At approximately 4,500 sqft, the Shenandoah Ballroom can accommodate groups of up to 300 people including a spacious dance floor. Digitally controlled lighting sets the mood for your special event while our built in house sound system pipes in music for a mellow atmosphere and amplifies your special wedding toasts for all of your guests to hear.
The Hotel’s restaurant, Magnolia South is open daily serving an a la carte or full buffet breakfast. This spacious room can be reserved during lunch and dinner hours for special events. With its original columns and saturating natural light, Magnolia South serves as the perfect location for your cocktail reception prior to dinner and dancing in the Colonnade Ballroom. Or combine the two rooms to serve as a diverse and flexible meeting space for a cocktail style reception with chefs at action stations and butler passed hors d’oeuvres.
For small and intimate affairs, consider the Blue Ridge Room. With natural light and approximately 500 sqft of meeting space, the Blue Ridge Room comfortably accommodates groups up to 30 at round tables or 24 in a conference setting.
